On January 20 th, 2010, ' The First Yinda Property Oral English Competition' was held at East Gate Plaza. Six teams including Silver Maple, Zijin Chang'an, Fu Zhuo Gardens, East Gate Plaza, Dragon Villas and Yuppie Condos participated in the competition.
The English Competition consisted of three parts, 'Project Introduction', 'Role Play' and 'Word Play'. The wonderful performances of our contestants, the support from the cheering teams and humorous hosts made the competition fun filled and exciting. After very fierce competition that resulted in a draw and run off between the East Gate Plaza and Dragon Villas teams, the East Gate Plaza team finally got the highest score and were crowned champions.
After the top 3 teams received prizes from the two guest judges and Yinda Directors, Senior Yinda Manager Mr. Brian Chowles, who was also one of the judges, congratulated and reflected on the contestants¡¯ performances. Yinda Director Ju then congratulated them on behalf of Yinda¡¯s General Manager, Madam Zhang and encouraged all contestants to further improve their English levels and strive to provide better services to Yinda customers.
