On February 7th, 2010, more than 50 of our EGP Apartment tenants joined in to learn how to make Chinese dumplings. Accompanied by comfortable background music, all enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere while quickly mastering the skill of dumpling making, encouraged by a demonstration of a professional Chinese Chef. Tenants had lots of fun tasting their own homemade dumplings and exchanging festival greetings with each other. All expressed their gratitude to the EGP Service Center for holding this activity and looked forward to the next one.
