Yinda Property¡¯s Annual Management Conference was successfully held from January 29th to 30th, 2010. On the 29th, all Directors and Managers participated in the conference, during which each manager were given an opportunity for a short presentation on either their past year¡¯s experiences of success or lessons learnt from failure in their daily work.. General Manager Zhang then outlined the new company structure and responsibilities of each Director for the coming year. On the 30th, all supervisors joined the conference and listened to the work reports and the 2010 work plan of the Directors.
General Manager, Zhang then presented the 2009 work report and the 2010 work plan, during which she summarized the company¡¯s achievements of 2009 and also pointed out the deficiencies of the daily work procedures. She expressed gratitude on behalf of the management team to all Yinda staff and wished everyone a happy and prosperous New Year.
