On July 3rd, training tailored for Service Captains was held in the training center of Yinda Property. General Manager Zhang opened the training with a speech on how to be a qualified Captain. The training focused on responsibility description, case analysis, professionalism and communication. In addition, suggestions were proposed and questions were answered by company Directors. The training forms part of the company's work plan for 2010 and will last for half an year.
